Billing questions
What is a credit?
Credits are used when you generate a diagram or ask for an edit. The amount depends on the model you choose; your available balance is shown in the editor.
What happens when I run out?
Nothing you made disappears. You can still open, export and share your saved diagrams. To generate again, wait for your credits to refresh or upgrade your plan.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. You keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is there a free trial?
Eligible annual plans start with a 7-day free trial. In some regions, eligible monthly plans offer a discounted first month instead. Your offer and billing schedule are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Do you take international cards?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe, which supports cards issued outside the US. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
