Terms of Service
By using ChatDiagram you agree to these terms. Please read them — they cover what we offer, how billing works, and how we handle disputes.
1. Services
ChatDiagram provides an AI-powered diagramming platform. You describe what you need; we generate a diagram. Features include natural-language diagram creation, multiple engine types (Mermaid, Markmap, Schematex), SVG/PNG export, and a library of saved artifacts.
2. Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials confidential. Provide accurate account information. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to generate harmful content, or in any way that degrades the service for other users.
3. Your content
You own everything you create. By using the service you grant ChatDiagram a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your diagrams solely to deliver the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time via the Subscription Management page and will retain Pro access until the end of the current period.
5. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. Request a refund within 14 days of payment and we'll return it in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, pro-rata refunds based on unused months may be available for annual plans — email us.
6. Dispute resolution
If you have a question about a charge, email [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve billing issues within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
7. Limitation of liability
ChatDiagram is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
