Use row-source and column-sink SPST switches to model scan drivers as two-terminal elements, keeping the netlist simple and renderable.

Add 220R series resistors to each LED to set approximately 10mA from the 5V rail.

Include a 100uF decoupling capacitor across VCC and ground for stable scanning.
Reuse for any small-to-medium multiplexed LED matrix (8x8 to 16x16) where discrete or shift-register drivers are used; adapt values for RGB or higher voltage.
