DC Motor PWM Speed Controller

A TIP120 Darlington switch drives a DC motor under PWM control. A 4.7 kΩ base resistor limits gate current, while the 1N4007 flyback diode clamps the inductive voltage spike when the transistor turns off.

Replace TIP120 with an N-channel MOSFET (IRFZ44N + gate resistor) for better efficiency at higher currents.
