A three-phase motor must be started and stopped from local pushbuttons while protecting against overload conditions. The K1 contactor remains sealed in after the start button is released, and an overload relay NC contact interrupts control power on trip.

Use a parallel branch around the start pushbutton with the K1 auxiliary contact for seal-in.

Place stop pushbutton and overload relay NC contacts in series with the coil.
