A combined cycle power plant uses an HRSG and vacuum deaerator to condition condensate and supply boiler feedwater. The P&ID shows condensate pumping, deaerator level and pressure control, and feedwater flow control to the HRSG.

Use vessel_h D-101 as horizontal vacuum deaerator with top condensate inlet and bottom feedwater outlet.

Add separate diaphragm control valves V-101, V-102, V-103 for feedwater flow, deaerator steam pressure, and deaerator level.

Wire transmitters FT/LT/PT to shared controllers FIC/LIC/PIC with electric signals and pneumatic actuator lines.
