What is a driver tree and when should I use one?
A driver tree breaks a top-level business metric (like Revenue or Profit) into the underlying factors that drive it — for example Revenue = Volume × Price. Use one when you need to align a team on what levers actually move the needle, or to prioritize where to focus analysis.
Can I use this for metrics beyond Revenue?
